现阶段常见的恶臭废气处理解决方式有物理学吸附法、生物法、有机化学清洗法、离子法、催化燃烧装置法、除味水溶液除臭方法:等。

恶臭废气处理

 

物理学吸附:

活性炭、沸石等多孔介质吸附臭味化学物质,活性炭是运用最普遍的。该方式加工工艺简易,一次性项目投资少,物质应用周期短(饱和状态后再造乃至拆换),解决高效率不稳定,对浓度较高的有机废气处理效率高,但对恶臭废气处理效率低。

 

有机化学清洗法:

利用有机化学液体与气味分子结构产生化学变化,造成无气味化学物质,做到除味的目地。该方式是合理的,但运作成本增加,存有二次污染。

 

除味水溶液除臭方法:

利用纯植物除味水溶液吸附空气中的气味分子结构,并与气味分子结构开展汇聚、溶解等化学变化,使气味缺失。该方式安装操作方便,工程施工周期时间短,项目投资少,处理效率低。除此之外,纯植物除味剂归属于低值易耗商品,事后实际操作成本费较高。

 

离子法:

选用高频率高压静电感应独特单脉冲充放电造成密度高的高能活性离子。高能活性离子与气味触碰,开启气味分子结构的离子键,转化成二氧化碳和水,达到气体净化清洁的目地。这类方式容积较小,自身重量轻,适用合理布局紧凑型,室内空间小等场所,但机器设备的一次性资金投入成本费大,但运作维护保养成本低,无耗材。

 

催化燃烧装置法:

一种根据苛化除去工业废气中空气污染物的方式。工业废气在200 ~ 500℃、0.3 ~ 0.5s的溫度下点燃催化反应,溶解为CO2H2O。适用浓度较高的有机化学废气的处理。
