PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Juxing Rare Earth Permanent Magnet New Material Industry Project is an industrial project in Mianyang, with a total investment of 28 billion yuan (including 18 billion yuan in motor and deep processing of rare earth permanent magnet materials and 10 billion yuan), constructed by Sichuan Juxing Enterprise Group, Sichuan Xinhongxing Group Co., Ltd., Shenghe Resource Holdings Co., Ltd., and others. The project aims to produce 100000 tons of high-performance sintered neodymium iron boron permanent magnet materials annually. The industrial park plans to construct sintered neodymium iron boron industry, permanent magnet motor industry, new energy vehicle electric drive system industry, rare earth research institute, and the world's first magnetic material town. Mianyang Juxing Permanent Magnetic Materials Co., Ltd. is owned by Juxing New Materials Co., Ltd. and Mianyang Kefa Group, with 51% and 49% respectively, and a registered capital of 1.6 billion yuan.

YQB zeolite rotary concentration RTO process
Adsorption system
Through a slowly rotating zeolite rotary adsorption bed, the exhaust gas uniformly passes through the cross-section of the rotating bed, and the organic waste gas pollutant molecules are adsorbed, and the gas is purified and discharged.
Desorption system
The adsorbent rotates to the regeneration zone, comes into contact with high-temperature air, desorbs and regenerates, and then rotates to the adsorption zone for re adsorption; With the rotation of the rotary drum, the Feishi rotary drum adsorption bed periodically adsorbs and desorbs, achieving the purification of organic waste gas.

Zeolite wheel+RTO
The zeolite wheel+RTO process is currently one of the hottest processes in the waste gas treatment industry. Compared to other new materials, industries such as new energy, chemical, and semiconductor directly use RTO for incineration. The zeolite wheel RTO process has very guaranteed compliance and safety performance. The working principle of zeolite rotary RTO is to use combustion reactions at high temperatures to oxidize organic compounds in exhaust gas into harmless carbon dioxide and water, thereby achieving the goal of purifying exhaust gas. Its core is a rotating heat exchanger filled with adsorption materials such as zeolite.
Catalyzer
The Eclear catalyst is prepared using a unique flame combustion process, and the nanoparticles can complete the reaction in a high-temperature flame at 1800 ℃ for only 5-10 milliseconds. The short residence time allows the particle size of the nanoparticles to be accurately controlled within the range of 5-15 nanometers. At the same time, in-situ doping of elements such as Au, Ag, Mn, Fe, and Zn can regulate the absorption wavelength of nanoparticles and improve their absorption capacity, making the product nano photocatalyst have extremely excellent catalytic performance. Suitable for photocatalytic treatment of benzene containing organic waste gases and toxic and harmful waste gases such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and methyl mercaptan emitted from industries such as printing, baking, painting, and garbage deodorization.
VOCs integrated processing equipment
The activated carbon adsorption box (YQA all-in-one machine) is a VOCs waste gas treatment equipment developed by Eclear Environmental through years of research and engineering experience combined with the photocatalyst technology of university research institutions. It adopts a dual process combination of photocatalytic oxidation and activated carbon adsorption, as well as an integrated design concept.
RTO thermal storage oxidation furnace
The English name of a regenerative thermal incinerator is "Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer", therefore it is abbreviated as "RTO". The principle is to heat the organic waste gas to above 800 degrees Celsius, causing the VOC in the waste gas to oxidize and decompose into carbon dioxide and water. The high-temperature gas generated by oxidation flows through a specially designed ceramic heat storage body, causing the ceramic body to heat up and "store heat". This "heat storage" is used to preheat the subsequent organic waste gas entering, thereby saving fuel consumption for waste gas heating. The ceramic heat storage body should be divided into three compartments, each of which should go through the procedures of heat storage, heat release, and cleaning in sequence, and work continuously. After the heat storage chamber releases heat, a portion of the treated and qualified clean exhaust should be immediately introduced to clean the chamber (to ensure a VOC removal rate of over 95%). Only after the cleaning is completed can the "heat storage" program be entered.
Adsorbent
The core of Eclear waste gas treatment system is Eclear dry gas phase filtration material. The Eclear dry gas phase filtration material is made using a proprietary special process and is spherical and porous in particle shape. The adsorption filter material removes odorous gases through chemical adsorption. When the collected odorous gases pass through the filter material, a chemical reaction occurs instantly when the filter material comes into contact with the odorous gas, thereby quickly and effectively removing the odorous gas. In the process of removing odorous gases, they are converted into harmless salts, which are irreversible. Once pollutants are removed from the environment, they cannot return to the air, effectively preventing secondary pollution of the air environment and ensuring safety and environmental protection.
