光催化氧化与生物除臭处理废气的比较: 生物除臭法又称生物分解法。生物分解法是利用循环水将恶臭气体中的污染物容纳在水中,然后在水中培养床中培养微生物,将水中的污染物降解为低害物质。除臭效率可达70%。但受微生物活性影响,培养出来的微生物只能处理一种或几种类似特性的气体。为了提高处理效率和稳定运行,必须经常添加药物,控制PH值和温度。 光催化氧化法选用高能紫外线。在光解净化设备中,分子链裂化氧化恶臭物质,改变物质结构,将高分子污染物裂化氧化为低分子无害物质。其除臭效率可达99%,除臭效果大大超过1993年我国出台的恶臭物质排放标准(GB1454-93),可处理氨、硫化氢、甲硫醇、甲硫醚、苯、丁二烯、二硫化碳、三甲胺、二甲基二硫醚等高浓度混合物。内部灯源可使用三年,设备使用寿命超过十年。净化技术可靠稳定,净化设备无需日常维护,只需插入电源即可正常使用,使用成本低,无二次污染。适用范围:食品厂、肉类加工厂、屠宰厂、畜禽饲料场、造纸厂、污水处理厂、垃圾中转站、粪便处理等有机、无机恶臭气体的除臭净化处理。炼油厂、橡胶厂、皮革厂、印刷厂、化工厂、中西药厂、金属轧钢厂、
