PROJECT OVERVIEW

The 715th Research Institute was established in 1958 and is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. It mainly engages in the research, development, and production of underwater acoustic electronic equipment and marine instruments. It is currently a key backbone research institute for the development and production of sonar equipment in the largest and strongest regions of China, and a government level public institution. The entire institute covers an area of more than 450 acres and is equipped with important technical institutions such as the National Defense Hydroacoustic Measurement Level I Station and the Sonar Technology National Defense Science and Technology Key Laboratory. It has a number of first-class domestic acoustic research facilities, including the Biggest indoor medium and low frequency noise reduction test pool and the lake based acoustic testing ship. It is the domestic centralized unit of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) Hydroacoustic Ultrasonic Standard Technical Committee, the station director unit of China's Hydroacoustic Technology Information Website, and the chairman unit of the Zhejiang Acoustic Society.

YQH Activated Carbon Fiber Felt Adsorption Process
Preprocessing system
After being collected, the exhaust gas enters the YQH pre-treatment section through pipelines, and acidic gases (such as H ₂ S), alkaline gases (such as NH ₂), VOCs, etc. in the exhaust gas are adsorbed and purified using fillers and filter materials.
Adsorption purification system
The pre-treatment waste gas undergoes catalytic oxidation adsorption in the YQH system, passes through the filter material layer to achieve gas phase transfer to the composite cracking mixed phase, and is decomposed and purified by the filter material adsorption to purify the foul odor gas.
Exhaust emission system
The exhaust gas treatment and emission system consists of explosion-proof fans and high-altitude emission pipelines to achieve exhaust gas emission standards and heights.

Coupling catalytic all-in-one machine
The equipment adopts a stainless steel fixed pry mounted fully sealed structure, which is easy to install. The interior is coated with stainless steel special anti-corrosion material, which is resistant to acid, alkali and waste gas environments. The equipment has a long service life and is composed of a pre-treatment section, a coupled reaction device, and an array drawer type module. The high-energy particle field generated by the coupling catalytic network of precious metals is irradiated through the ultraviolet band to the coupling synergy effect of independently prepared precious metals and titanium dioxide nanoparticles. VOCs organic waste gas is decomposed into carbon dioxide, water, etc. Other waste gas molecules that have not been completely degraded can be oxidized into water-soluble small molecules and some active free radicals.

Activated carbon adsorption box
Activated carbon adsorption box is an environmentally friendly mechanical product that filters waste gas and adsorbs odors. This equipment is used to clean organic chemical waste gas and spray waste gas with high concentration. Activated carbon has a high-strength adsorption level. When the waste gas is powered by a centrifugal fan, negative pressure enters the adsorption box and then enters the activated carbon adsorption layer, it has a very good adsorption effect on organic solution waste gas.
VOCs integrated processing equipment
The activated carbon adsorption box (YQA all-in-one machine) is a VOCs waste gas treatment equipment developed by Eclear Environmental through years of research and engineering experience combined with the photocatalyst technology of university research institutions. It adopts a dual process combination of photocatalytic oxidation and activated carbon adsorption, as well as an integrated design concept.
Catalyzer
The Eclear catalyst is prepared using a unique flame combustion process, and the nanoparticles can complete the reaction in a high-temperature flame at 1800 ℃ for only 5-10 milliseconds. The short residence time allows the particle size of the nanoparticles to be accurately controlled within the range of 5-15 nanometers. At the same time, in-situ doping of elements such as Au, Ag, Mn, Fe, and Zn can regulate the absorption wavelength of nanoparticles and improve their absorption capacity, making the product nano photocatalyst have extremely excellent catalytic performance. Suitable for photocatalytic treatment of benzene containing organic waste gases and toxic and harmful waste gases such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and methyl mercaptan emitted from industries such as printing, baking, painting, and garbage deodorization.
Adsorbent
The core of Eclear waste gas treatment system is Eclear dry gas phase filtration material. The Eclear dry gas phase filtration material is made using a proprietary special process and is spherical and porous in particle shape. The adsorption filter material removes odorous gases through chemical adsorption. When the collected odorous gases pass through the filter material, a chemical reaction occurs instantly when the filter material comes into contact with the odorous gas, thereby quickly and effectively removing the odorous gas. In the process of removing odorous gases, they are converted into harmless salts, which are irreversible. Once pollutants are removed from the environment, they cannot return to the air, effectively preventing secondary pollution of the air environment and ensuring safety and environmental protection.
