Design process
YQC zeolite rotary wheel concentration CO process
Desorption system
VOCs inside the impeller are concentrated in the zeolite adsorption zone. Some of the exhaust gas passes through the cooling zone and is heated using the heat flow provided by the heat exchanger. It is then heated by a heater to around 220 ℃ before desorption. After desorption is completed, it is rotated to the cooling zone, cooled to room temperature with ambient air, and then rotated to the adsorption concentration zone.
Catalytic oxidation system
High concentration VOCs are desorbed from the gas flow and pumped into the catalytic combustion furnace by a desorption fan for catalytic cracking treatment. VOCs are converted into carbon dioxide and water.
Exhaust emission system
Choose as needed, consisting of explosion-proof fans and high-altitude discharge pipelines to achieve exhaust gas emission standards and emission heights.

Zeolite wheel+CO
The zeolite rotary device+catalytic combustion of CO is mainly suitable for treating high concentration CO waste gas. Usually, when the CO concentration is 500 ppm (volume fraction) or higher, a zeolite rotary device combined with catalytic combustion of CO is required for treatment. If the CO concentration is low, other waste gas treatment technologies may be more suitable. Zeolite rotary device is a technology used to separate components from gas mixtures. This type of device usually includes many zeolite molecular sieve wheels, which can selectively adsorb certain molecules without adsorbing other molecules, thereby achieving component separation in gas mixtures. Catalytic combustion of CO is a technology that converts CO (a toxic and harmful gas) into CO2 (a relatively harmless gas). This technology uses catalysts to accelerate the reaction between CO and oxygen, thereby reducing the concentration of CO.
Catalyzer
The Eclear catalyst is prepared using a unique flame combustion process, and the nanoparticles can complete the reaction in a high-temperature flame at 1800 ℃ for only 5-10 milliseconds. The short residence time allows the particle size of the nanoparticles to be accurately controlled within the range of 5-15 nanometers. At the same time, in-situ doping of elements such as Au, Ag, Mn, Fe, and Zn can regulate the absorption wavelength of nanoparticles and improve their absorption capacity, making the product nano photocatalyst have extremely excellent catalytic performance. Suitable for photocatalytic treatment of benzene containing organic waste gases and toxic and harmful waste gases such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and methyl mercaptan emitted from industries such as printing, baking, painting, and garbage deodorization.
VOCs integrated processing equipment
The activated carbon adsorption box (YQA all-in-one machine) is a VOCs waste gas treatment equipment developed by Eclear Environmental through years of research and engineering experience combined with the photocatalyst technology of university research institutions. It adopts a dual process combination of photocatalytic oxidation and activated carbon adsorption, as well as an integrated design concept.
CO catalytic combustion
Catalytic combustion is a purification method that uses a catalyst to oxidize and decompose combustible substances in exhaust gas at lower temperatures. So, catalytic combustion is also known as catalytic chemical conversion. Due to the catalyst accelerating the process of oxidation and decomposition, most hydrocarbons can be completely oxidized through the catalyst at temperatures ranging from 300 to 450 ℃. Compared with thermal combustion, catalytic combustion requires less auxiliary fuel, consumes less energy, and has a smaller volume of equipment and facilities. However, due to the poisoning of the catalyst used, the replacement of the catalytic bed, and the high cost of cleaning, the promotion and application of this method in industrial production processes have been affected.
Adsorbent
The core of Eclear waste gas treatment system is Eclear dry gas phase filtration material. The Eclear dry gas phase filtration material is made using a proprietary special process and is spherical and porous in particle shape. The adsorption filter material removes odorous gases through chemical adsorption. When the collected odorous gases pass through the filter material, a chemical reaction occurs instantly when the filter material comes into contact with the odorous gas, thereby quickly and effectively removing the odorous gas. In the process of removing odorous gases, they are converted into harmless salts, which are irreversible. Once pollutants are removed from the environment, they cannot return to the air, effectively preventing secondary pollution of the air environment and ensuring safety and environmental protection.
