           人们在生活中每日会产生很多垃圾,那么被运送到垃圾中转站之后会进行有效的处理,那么在垃圾中转站的在处理这些垃圾的过程中会产生恶臭废气,尤其是现在快要进入夏天的情况下,一般人们都会对垃圾站中转站恶臭废气进行处理,那么垃圾中转站的恶臭废气处理的工艺是怎样的呢?

垃圾中转站恶臭废气处理

           中转站废气经吸风口抽至管道中,然后引入喷淋吸收塔,喷淋塔中设有雾化喷头。废气与雾化后的吸收液充分接触,使废气中的臭气被捕集下来。


       经喷淋吸收塔处理后的废气进入UV光解净化器,利用高能高臭氧UV紫外线光束照射废气,裂解恶臭/工业废气如:氨、三甲胺、硫化氢、甲硫氢、甲硫醇、甲硫醚、二甲二硫、二硫化碳和苯乙烯,硫化物H2S、VOC类,苯、甲苯、二甲苯等的分子链结构,使有机或无机高分子恶臭化合物分子链,在高能紫外线光束照射下,降解转变成低分子化合物,如CO2、H2O等。

            利用高能UV光束裂解工业废气中细菌的分子键,破坏细菌的核酸(DNA),再通过臭氧进行氧化反应,彻底达到脱臭及杀灭细菌的目的。经UV光解净化后的废气引入高空排放。
