利用生物除臭塔除去污泥脱水车间的臭气,生产试验表明,混合填料挂膜速度快,挂膜时间26d。

结果表明,城市污水处理厂的混合恶臭气体以NH3.H2S为主,其中污泥脱水车间臭气浓度较高。为了改善车间及周围居民的生产条件,利用生物除臭塔对污水处理厂污泥脱水车间进行生物除臭,以改善其恶臭污染状况,并改善其生产生活环境。

 

该生物除臭塔由两层填料组成,混合填料为:炭皮.木块.刨花.木屑.木屑.可供生物填料:不生纯填料。利用生物除臭塔处理两套带式浓缩器排出的恶臭气体,根据带式压滤机的实际运行要求,将其送密越,密封采用不锈钢框架结构,安装玻璃型材;密封间均设置了抽风管,再加上密封间上部的拱状空间结构。

 

方法:①将活性污泥从A2/0池O段的出水口喷入活性污泥,用潜水泵将其捕获到除臭装置旁的胶橇上,将其喷淋,然后将其放入喷水槽内。在4天内,每天连续喷药12小时,停止喷药4天。在此过程中,持续通气,以保持污泥的活性,加强对填料表达熊的吸附。


②悬挂、驯舌采用边加营养液边通奥的方法驯化生物膜。将营养液喷淋于填料上,以加速挂膜速度,喷淋量为0.9m3/h,每天连续喷淋5h,为保证加漫-加温和加温,其余19h扇用喷淋泵自动控裁,每隔20rain喷淋10min。在喷洒营养液时,将空气和臭气混合气体引入生物膜驯化,并采用与喷灌反向流动的充气方式。欲避风橇进城市排污口的努遥阀和主风阀控制空气与恶臭气体的比例,控制进气量为800~1250m3/h。在连续几天内,生物肉的生物量丰富显示均匀,系统对COD的去除率在几天内保持稳定,即认为挂膜成功。


用重铬酸钾和紫外分光光度法测定水中COD和TN,气体中的NH、H、S、MT分别用纳氏试翻分光光度法测定。生物除臭塔在悬挂过程中对营养液COD和IN的去除率见图2。以上资料表明生物除臭悬挂是成功的。
