除臭工艺的选择

除臭工艺方法可以分为吸收吸附法和燃烧法两大类,常见的方法有氧离子基团除臭法、纯天然植物提取液喷洒除臭法和生物除臭法等。

1.植物液气相反应法

该除臭法的原理是将纯天然植物提取液雾化,让雾化后的分子均匀地分散在空气中,吸附空气中的异味分子,与异味分子发生分散、聚合、取代、置换和合成等化学反应或催化与空气中的氧气反应,使异味分子发生变化,改变原有的分子结构,使之失去臭味。反应的最后产物为H2O、氧和氮等无害的分子。 

2.氧离子基团除臭法

氧离子基团除臭法是利用高压静电装置,在新风补给空气中产生氧离子基团,在常温常压下将恶臭物质分解成CO2H2OH2SO4或是部分氧化的化合物的方法。

3.生物除臭法

生物除臭法是通过微生物的生理代谢将恶臭物质加以转化,达到除臭的目的。目前多采用生物滤池法。生物滤池法是把收集的臭气先经过加湿处理,再通过长满微生物的、湿润多孔的生物滤层,利用微生物细胞对恶臭物质的吸附、吸收和降解功能以及微生物细胞个体小、表面积大、吸附性强和代谢类型多样的特点,将恶臭物质吸附后分解成CO2和其他无机物。
