污水除臭设备组合系统在污水除臭提标改造工程中的应用

随着城市的不断快速发展已建成的污水处理厂除臭设施排放标准均为93版国家排放标准厂界二级,不满足新版地方标准或新版国标除臭标准越来越多的除臭提标改造工程需要对未加盖臭气源进行加盖密闭,并增设新的除臭设施,采用羿清“生物滤池除臭+活性炭吸附除臭”的组合式除臭系统,臭气通过除臭系统处理后降低致臭成分浓度,净化后达标排放。

1、组合式除臭系统原理

生物滤池除臭为主处理工艺,运行成本低,活性炭吸附置于生物除臭后端,经生物除臭处理后的气体若达标,可直接通入风机排放;若排放不达标,可通入活性炭吸附装置,臭气穿过活性炭过滤吸附层时,气体中的致臭分子被活性炭截留吸附,从而达到过滤净化的目的。

1.1生物除臭工艺

生物氧化处理污染物的转化过程是以废气作为微生物的营养源,通过微生物吸收、代谢将其转化为二氧化碳、水和有机酸等代谢产物,污染物中的含硫化合物、含氮化合物将被氧化分解成硫(硝)酸盐和亚硫(硝)酸盐,沉积在系统的滤液中,定期或定量进行排放。这是一个物理、化学、物理化学以及生物化学反应相互协调的过程。

生物降解污染物原理可简化为如下表达式:

1.2活性炭吸附除臭工艺

臭气分子的吸附主要涉及的是物理吸附,由分子间作用力相互作用而产生,一般是在低温下进行,吸附速度快、吸附热小、吸附无选择性。

2、除臭系统提标改造

2.1臭气加盖(罩)收集系统

臭气加盖(罩)收集系统对有限范围空间内进行密闭和收集臭气至关重要,目前主要加盖方式有玻璃钢加盖、阳光板加盖、钢化玻璃加盖、索膜加盖。

1)生反池区域

从便于日后设备及池体的维护、检修角度考虑,采用可移动式玻璃钢拱形盖板进行加盖,局部增加视窗、检修门等,结构轻便、抗老化、耐腐蚀,且减小了臭气密闭空间,降低了臭气处理气量。

2)预处理区域

细格栅及旋流沉砂池加盖需考虑到原有池体结构的负载,经综合对比,采用透光率好、抗紫外强的阳光板加盖方式,结构轻便,既满足有限空间内臭气密闭的需求,又便于设备检修及日常人员巡视要求。

2.2臭气输送系统

臭气通过耐腐蚀强的玻璃钢管道进行输送。选用的离心风机叶轮和壳体均为耐腐蚀性强的玻璃钢材质,可根据工况不同采用不同的转速,确保风量满足设计处理臭气量的要求,适应于腐蚀性空气条件下的长期24小时连续运行。为保证有效排风和防止泄露,风机为后置式,每套除臭设备配备风机均为11备。

3、除臭系统

除臭设备日常运行操作简单,无需添加任何化学药品,能耗低。工艺流程图:

 总而言之,污水处理厂生反池及预处理区域臭气加盖至关重要,结合现场实际运行需求合理布局,最大程度上降低了臭气处理气量,有效抑制了臭气的外溢;此外,日常对除臭设备配套的附属设备进行巡视及维护,能更好的发挥除臭设备的性能,确保处理效果达标排放;羿清环保污水除臭设备组合式系统,适合在污水处理厂等恶臭气体成分复杂,浓度高等环境下使用,且操作简单、能耗低,维护工作量小。
