1.1生物滤池除臭技术

生物滤池除臭技术主要将恶臭废气进行除尘加湿或者进行相关预先处理,之后在滤床下方从下至上通过滤床,恶臭废气则会从气体中融入到水中,而微生物则依附在滤料中,气体通过滤床时会被微生物吸收和转化,从而实现恶臭废气的净化。该技术的除臭速率会被滤料的含水量、pH值、气体分布、水温等条件所左右,通过细菌真菌生物滤池系统来治理恶臭废气时,废气含有的各种污染物有乙硫醚含量降低率达到了85%、乙酸含量降低率达到了79%、苯含量降低率达到了98%、硫化氢含量降低率达到93%。细菌真菌生物滤池系统中的细菌和真菌能够共同发挥作用,从而实现废气的高效净化,同时还可以降低废气中的疏水性污染物以及亲水性污染物。

在利用生物滤池除臭技术来治理恶臭废气过程中,与一般处理技术相比,成本投入更低,治理效果更好,虽然这种技术应用时会占用一定范围地方、填料需定时更换、处理过程不容易调控等,但其效果还是十分显著的。

生物滤池除臭技术在各个国家都有着广泛的运用,并且在各种禽畜食品加工场中应用最为普遍,生物滤池除臭技术是现阶段较为成熟,,近些年这种技术已经渐渐在化学工业生产中用来治理多种难以净化的恶臭污染物,而且也能够起到显著效果。生物滤池除臭技术在处理甲醛、氨、H2S等气体方而都有着明显的作用。

1.2生物滴滤除臭技术

生物滴滤除臭技术的废气治理流程和生物滤池除臭技术较为相似,但是二者在滤料的选择方而却并不相同,生物滴滤除臭技术的滤料通常会选择塑料、聚丙烯球、木炭等,这些滤料都属于惰性滤料。生物滴滤除臭技术只会对含有恶臭污染物的废气差生反应并进行降解,微生物只会针对某种恶臭物质产生活动,并不会针对生物滤料产生不必要的消耗行为,所以滤池中的微生物数量通常也相对较多。同时,惰性滤料可以长期不进行替换,惰性滤料的损耗比较小,而生物滴滤池的运作流程操作也比较简单,管控起来也比较便捷,这也使得生物滴滤除臭技术成为当前生物法除臭技术研究过程中受到了广泛的关注。生物滴滤池能够承载比生物滤池池更高的污染程度,并且其缓冲性和弹性也相对较强,即便断开几天营养供给也能够进行高效的除臭工作。

3.3洗涤式除臭技术

洗涤式除臭技术主要便是把恶臭废气与含有浮泥浆的混合液进行结合,在吸收容器中清理掉恶臭废气中的臭味来源物,之后洗涤液再流入反应容器中,利用悬浮液中的微生物群来吸收和转化恶臭物质。洗涤式除臭技术能够治理多种气量较高的恶臭废气,并且在治理过程中也便于管理和掌控,占地而积不大,在多种恶臭废气处理中都能够引用,在恶臭废气处理效果和效率方而都非常显著,不过洗涤式除臭技术由于设备成本较高,设备操作方而也有着一定的技术性要求,所以在应用过程中需要结合恶臭废气的具体情况来进行选择。
