       上期说了医药行业废气的特征及排放标准,根据废气特征,常用的处理工艺如下:

       化学吸收+生物滤池+光催化氧化+活性炭吸附

       工艺原理描述:

       医药污水产生的废气主要成分为硫化氢、氨、醛类等一些有机恶臭污染物,其中具有异味的有机物成分复杂,无回收利用价值。如采用焚烧法,需对废气进行浓缩并补充燃料,否则热值不足难以满足燃烧条件,因此,采用燃烧法从经济上考虑并不是比较好的选择。羿清采用化学吸收+生物滤池处理工艺,对医药行业污水池废气进行处理。

       1、化学吸收常利用中和反应的原理,对废气成分中的酸碱废气进行处理。采用5%的NaOH溶液作为吸收液,双相逆流吸收H2S,同时溶解水溶性极好的的NH3,使硫化氢、氨浓度降低,避免酸碱性废气成分过高对后续生物滤池微生物生长造成影响。

       2、生物滤池主要是利用微生物将溶解于水中的恶臭物质吸收于其自身内,并通过代谢活动使其降解。其中,恶臭废气经化学洗涤后,先进入羿清生物滤池预处理段,预处理段配备加湿洗涤工艺,避免废气夹带的碱液对生物段微生物的损害,同时对废气进一步加湿处理满足微生物生长所需的环境湿度。生物段采用间歇喷淋循环液,可调节微生物生长环境的PH值、及时移走代谢产物。

       如废气中有机物浓度不高、或臭气浓度不高,经生物滤池处理后,废气可以满足达标排放。如果废气中具有较高浓度的有机物,则需进行后续深度处理,处理工艺主要配备光催化氧化及活性炭吸附工艺,可根据废气成分及浓度搭配使用。生物滤池
       3、光催化氧化工艺的原是利用高能光子产生瞬时高能,使恶臭气体在高能光子的瞬间高能量作用下,化学键断裂,分解为CO2、H2O等小分子。同时空气中的O2和H2O被激发生成O3和-OH等强氧化剂,将恶臭分子氧化为无机小分子物质。羿清所用光催化氧化工艺,采用旗下子公司苏州羿白所生产的负载耦合光催化板,与市面上所售的催化板相比,具有处理效率高、催化效果稳定、适应光波长范围广、能耗低等众多优势。恶臭废气经光催化工艺处理后,大部分被分解为CO2、H2O等小分子,部分不能完全分解的恶臭有机物,可被分解断裂为小分子物质,增强了后段吸附工艺的处理效果。

       4、吸附工艺是利用多孔固体材料吸附选择性不同的特点,将臭气混合物中的一种或多种组分积聚或浓缩于吸附剂表面,从而使恶臭成分从废气中分离。目前使用比较广泛的吸附剂是活性炭,利用活性炭的吸附性能,可以将前端工艺处理剩余的恶臭污染物进行深度吸附处理,保证废气排放稳定达标。
