污水站除臭是现在环保项目中重点抓的工程之一,污水站除臭之前需要对污水池进行加盖,目前污水站除臭加盖的方法有很多。 通常都是用固定式污水池加盖,采用钢支撑反吊膜结构的特点如下:

1、耐腐蚀性强、密封性能好

2、膜材自重轻、抗拉强度大 

3、风荷载体型系数小,抗风等级高

4、安装快捷、检修方便

5、骨架寿命达50年、膜材寿命达20年 

7、适合任何跨度的污水池


          污水加盖以后,臭气就要经过精细设计,集中收集处理后再排放,目前主要的除臭工艺有很多种,针对不同的行业和臭气,选择合适的除臭工艺。


1、植物液气相反应法

该除臭法的原理是将纯天然植物提取液雾化,让雾化后的分子均匀地分散在空气中,吸附空气中的异味分子,与异味分子发生分散、聚合、取代、置换和合成等化学反应或催化与空气中的氧气反应,使异味分子发生变化,改变原有的分子结构,使之失去臭味。反应的最后产物为H2O、氧和氮等无害的分子。


2、化学除臭法

化学除臭法是利用化学介质(NaOH、NaCl或NaClO)与H2S、NH3等无机类致臭成分进行反应,从而达到除臭的目的。该法对H2S、NH3等的吸收比较彻底,速度快,但对硫醇、挥发性脂肪酸或其他挥发性有机化合物的去除比较困难,不能保证完全消除异味。


3、燃烧除臭法

燃烧除臭法有直接燃烧法和触煤燃烧法。根据恶臭物质的特点,在控制一定的温度和接触时间的条件下,臭气直接燃烧,达到脱臭的目的。


4、活性炭吸附除臭法

活性炭吸附除臭法是利用活性炭能吸附臭气中致臭物质的特点,在吸附塔内设置各种不同性质的活性炭,致臭物质和各种活性炭接触后,排出吸附塔,达到脱臭的目的。活性炭达到饱和后,需通过热空气、蒸汽或NaOH浸没进行再生或替换。活性炭的再生与替换价格较昂贵、劳动强度大且再生后的活性炭吸附能力降低。


5、生物除臭法

生物除臭 法的主要工作原理是微生物在适宜环境条件下,利用废气中的污染物作为其生命活动的能源和养分,进行生长、繁殖、扩大种群,并在此过程中生产出大量的生物酶催化剂,对污染物进行降解,将其转化为无害的小分子无机物和不完全降解物质。
