1.1 一般规定

1.1本章适用于含碳量小于或等于 0.30%的碳素钢及合金钢现场设备和管道的焊接施工。

1.2 本章适用于焊条电弧焊、钨极惰性气体保护电弧焊、熔化极气体保护电弧焊、自保护药芯焊丝电弧焊、埋弧焊、气电立焊、螺柱焊和气焊方法。

恶臭废气处理

1.2焊前准备

1.2.1 焊件的切割和坡口加工应符合下列规定:

1 碳钢及碳锰钢坡口加工可采用机械方法或火焰切割方法。

2 低温镍钢和合金钢坡口加工宜采用机械加工方法。

3 不锈钢坡口加工应采用机械加工或等离子切割方法。

4 采用等离子弧、氧乙炔焰等热加工方法加工坡口后,应除去坡口表面的氧化皮、熔渣及影响接头质量的表面层,并应将凹凸不平处打磨平整。

5 不锈钢复合钢的切割和坡口加工宜采用机械加工方法。当采用热加工方法时,宜采用等离子切割方法。热加工切割和加工坡口时,切割的熔渣不得溅落在复层表面上。

恶臭废气处理

1.2.2 焊件组对前及焊接前,应将焊接面上、坡口及其内外侧表面 20mm 范围内的杂质、污物、毛刺和镀锌层等清理干净,并不得有裂纹、夹层等缺陷。

1.2.3 除设计规定需进行冷拉伸或冷压缩的管道外,焊件不得进行强行组对。

1.2.4 管子或管件对接焊缝组对时,内壁错边量不应超过接头母材厚度的 10%,且不应大于 2mm。

1.2.5 设备、卷管对接焊缝组对时,对口错边量应符合表 7.2.5 及下列规定:

1 只能从单面焊接的纵向和环向焊缝,其内壁错边量不应超过 2mm。

2 当采用气电立焊时,错边量不应大于接头母材厚度的 10%,且不大于 3mm。

3 复合钢板组对时,应以复层表面为基准,错边量不应大于钢板复层厚度 50%,且不大于 1mm。
