2019年生态环境部发布《挥发性有机物无组织排放控制标准》,新建企业从201971日执行,现有企业自202071日执行,至此,全国已全面开始执行《挥发性有机物无组织排放控制标准》。

标准不仅规定了企业生产过程中无组织排放限制要求,更是对敞开液面的VOCs无组织排放提出了一定的要求:1、加盖,2、加盖并处理,3、其他等效措施。

臭气来源及气味值

对于很多企业的废水处理站,或者园区的废水处理站来说,本标准在尚未实施之前,基本已经做到了加盖收集并处理,毕竟废水处理单元散发出的恶臭,别说企业厂界内工人,即使厂界外的居民,也无法忍受。当然,对于那些抗的住投诉坚持不治理恶臭的“老大难”企业,本标准开始执行之后,恐怕就没那么容易过关了,再不济也得加个盖吧,毕竟《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》可不是吃素的。

面对大家的迫切需要,小羿针对市面上常见的几种加盖形式,给大家分析下,希望各位业主大大找到最合适的加盖形式,省钱省力又省心。

一:玻璃钢盖板

玻璃钢(FRP)主要是纤维强化塑料,玻璃钢材质的特点是质量轻,强度高,重量不及钢材的1/4,但是强度可与钢材比肩。同时,玻璃钢还具有极强的耐腐蚀性,特别是对于污水池废气中高浓度的硫化氢、氨等酸碱性废气成分,使用玻璃钢盖板,寿命更长。

 

二:反吊膜

反吊膜是一种聚酯纤维材料,是近几年新兴起的一种工业密闭材料,由于其具有强大的抗拉能力,可满足不同池体形状及大跨度等施工要求,加之钢结构外置,膜体反吊,美观的同时,使钢结构寿命延长,成为污水池加盖材料中的后起之秀。

 

三:不锈钢+阳光板

阳光板是聚碳酸酯的俗称,采光性能好大,质量轻,抗冲击强度是玻璃的16倍,但跟玻璃钢相比,强度略弱。常用于格栅间、气浮机等需要观察设备运行的设备加罩。
