       随着有关部门环保政策的加严,特别是针对工业“三废”的处理要求,年年加严。“废气、废水、废渣”相互之间息息相关,特别是废水,在处理过程中会产生恶臭污染物,成为新的待处理“废气”。不同行业的生产废水成分差异很大,这就导致了污水池废气的成分相差也很大。污水池恶臭废气治理应该根据行业性质,企业污水工况,具体废气成分以及达标排放要求来确定具体处理工艺,不能一概而言,一招鲜吃遍天在环保行业是行不通的。

       下面小羿就根据不同行业的特点,详细介绍下几个重点行业的污水池恶臭的处理工艺。

       一、制药行业污水站恶臭废气处理

       医药行业门类众多,但通常所说的医药行业主要指原料药制造及医药工业这两大类。医药行业的恶臭物质,主要在生产过程中及制药废水处理时产生。在生产制造过程中,由于使用大量有机溶剂,因此无论生产中产生的废气还是污水处理产生的废气,恶臭异味浓度都比较高,是属于难处理的恶臭废气。

       原料药:指用于生产各类制剂的原料药,是制剂中的有效成份,由化学合成、植物提取或者生物技术所制备的各种用来作为药用的粉末、结晶、浸膏等,但病人无法直接服用的物质。

      医药工业:包括原料药中间体制造、药品制剂制造、中药中成药加工、生物药品制造、兽用药品制造等。

       医药行业废气成分特点:

       1:原料种类多,废水及其产生的废气成分复杂;

       2:污水中有机物成分多,故废气中挥发性VOCs复杂,且恶臭阈值低;

       医药行业污水站废气成分主要有以下几大类:

       硫化氢、氨气、甲硫醇、甲硫醚、非甲烷总烃(苯、甲苯、邻二甲苯等)、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷等。

       医药行业的排放标准:

       2019年颁布的《制药工业大气污染物排放标准》(GB37823-2019)填补了医药类行业标准空白,更有浙江、上海等地早在国标发布之前,已经发布了地方医药类行业排放标准。
