2021年市政污水除臭有4大方法过程

臭气在市政污水除臭过程中的产生来源主要分为污水处理系统和污泥处理系统。城市污水处理厂恶臭源主要分布在进水预处理区、厌氧调节池、污泥处理区等区域。方法/步骤:用吸收法和燃烧法将其分为吸收吸附法和燃烧法,常见的是液气相反应法、化学除臭法、活性炭吸附除臭法、氧离子除臭法、燃烧除臭法、生物除臭法等。

化学性除臭方法:化学除臭方法是利用化学介质(NaOHNaClNaClO)H2SNH3等无机类致臭成分进行反应。该方法对H2SNH3等的吸收较为彻底和迅速,但很难去除硫醇、挥发性脂肪酸或其它挥发性有机化合物,并不能保证完全消除异味。

市政污水除臭

活性炭吸附除臭法:活性炭吸附除臭法是利用活性炭对臭气中的致臭物质吸附作用,在吸附塔内设置各种性质的活性炭,将致臭物质与各种活性炭接触后排出塔外,达到脱臭的目的。当活性炭达到饱和后,需要用热空气、蒸汽或氮气进行再生或置换。再生过程中,活性炭的再生成本高,替代成本高,劳动强度大,吸附容量低。

植物油-气相法:这种除臭方法的原理是将纯天然植物提取液雾化,使雾化的分子均匀分散在空气中,吸附空气中的异味分子,与异味分子进行化学反应,如分散、聚合、取代、置换、合成,或者与空气中的氧反应,使异味分子发生变化,改变原来的分子结构,使气味分子失去臭味。该反应后产物是无害分子,如H2O、氧、氮。

烧除臭法:燃烧除臭方法有直接燃烧法和触煤燃烧法。利用恶臭物质的优点,控制一定的温度和时间,可以直接将臭气燃烧,达到除臭的目的。注:植物提取液喷洒除臭方法投资少,操作简单、灵活、见效快、无二次污染。

微生物除臭方法虽然占地面积大,但投资适中,运行管理简单。所以污水处理厂的除臭方法选择植物液相反应法,污水除臭剂与污水除臭装置采用效果最佳。
