Under high temperature weather, the construction site environment is harsh, and the epidemic in Suzhou has also temporarily affected the construction progress. Wang Zhiyang will prepare risk estimates and construction plans in advance based on the progress requirements and quantity of the engineering project, compile a daily and weekly schedule, and check the implementation status every day; At the same time, adjustments should be made at any time according to the status of workers and on-site conditions, to avoid heatstroke, flexibly arrange construction, and prepare manpower, material resources, and equipment for the next process in advance.

As a project manager, Wang Zhiyang needs to balance communication between construction workers and the owner on site. For example, during the on-site construction process, due to the fact that the ground has not been completed yet and the road is muddy, the equipment crane cannot reach the designated position during the lifting construction. Wang Zhiyang will coordinate with the owner in advance to clean up the ground silt, and then organize the construction team to carry out lifting work.

Wang Zhiyang studied HVAC while studying, and environmental waste gas also belongs to ventilation. As an engineering project manager of an environmental waste gas enterprise, although busy and busy, I often feel proud.
