Biological deodorization is the process of using effective deodorizing bacteria and a reasonable equipment structure to oxidize and decompose large molecules or structurally complex organic matter into simple inorganic substances such as water and carbon dioxide through differentiation. Eclear Environmental Biological Deodorization has been improved compared to its peers, adopting an integrated process of pre-treatment and deep adsorption of biological treatment to ensure the stability of the intake during the biological treatment stage. At the same time, deep treatment is not configured at the end, which can ensure that the exhaust gas meets the standard emission when the emission concentration exceeds the design emission concentration.
BASIC PRINCIPLES
The foul smelling gas dissolves when it comes into contact with the water film on the surface of the biological filler that has been moistened by scattered water.
The malodorous components dissolved in water are absorbed and decomposed by microorganisms residing on biological fillers.
Odor components also become a source of nutrients for microorganisms, which are absorbed, oxidized, decomposed, and utilized.
