PROJECT OVERVIEW

Zijiang, founded in 1981, is a private investment holding group rooted in Shanghai. The name Zijiang comes from a river flow called "Zigang" near its source, which also implies that the Zijiang River will continuously gather strength and move towards broader development space. Shen Wen, the founder of Zijiang, currently serves as the Chairman and President of Shanghai Zijiang (Group) Co., Ltd., Chairman of Shanghai Zijiang Enterprise Group Co., Ltd., Chairman and General Manager of Shanghai Zizhu High tech Zone (Group) Co., Ltd., and a member of the 10th, 11th, and 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

Pre washing system
After being collected, the exhaust gas enters the pre-treatment stage through pipelines, and the alkaline/acidic gases in the exhaust gas are neutralized and washed using acid/alkaline solution.
Adsorption system
The pre treated exhaust gas enters the adsorption system and passes through the filler. When passing through the carbon layer, organic pollutant molecules enter the micropores and are adsorbed by the active sites on the surface of the carbon layer through physical and chemical adsorption.
Exhaust emission system
Choose as needed, consisting of explosion-proof fans and high-altitude discharge pipelines to achieve exhaust gas emission standards and emission heights.

Spray tower
Spray tower, as a type of environmental waste gas treatment equipment, exists. According to its working principle, it can be divided into circulating water spray tower, alkali spray tower, and acid spray tower (also known as acid washing tower). According to the material of the tower, it is divided into fiberglass spray towers, PP spray towers, and stainless steel spray towers. Choose a reasonable spray material and spray process based on the different properties of the exhaust gas. Spray tower is an important industrial waste gas treatment equipment, whose working principle is to use water and power technology to spray liquid or gas in a mist form into the waste gas, in order to remove harmful substances in the waste gas.
Activated carbon adsorption box
Activated carbon adsorption box is an environmentally friendly mechanical product that filters waste gas and adsorbs odors. This equipment is used to clean organic chemical waste gas and spray waste gas with high concentration. Activated carbon has a high-strength adsorption level. When the waste gas is powered by a centrifugal fan, negative pressure enters the adsorption box and then enters the activated carbon adsorption layer, it has a very good adsorption effect on organic solution waste gas.
Adsorbent
The core of Eclear waste gas treatment system is Eclear dry gas phase filtration material. The Eclear dry gas phase filtration material is made using a proprietary special process and is spherical and porous in particle shape. The adsorption filter material removes odorous gases through chemical adsorption. When the collected odorous gases pass through the filter material, a chemical reaction occurs instantly when the filter material comes into contact with the odorous gas, thereby quickly and effectively removing the odorous gas. In the process of removing odorous gases, they are converted into harmless salts, which are irreversible. Once pollutants are removed from the environment, they cannot return to the air, effectively preventing secondary pollution of the air environment and ensuring safety and environmental protection.
Washing tower
Washing tower is a mature waste gas treatment equipment widely used in pre-treatment of industrial waste gas treatment, dust removal, and other aspects. Gas enters the tower and fully contacts, adsorbs, and dissolves with the washing liquid inside the tower, achieving purification effect. The design forms of Yi cleaning towers are diverse, and vertical or horizontal structures can be used according to the project application site. The commonly used materials for washing tower equipment include PP, FRP, and stainless steel. PP and FRP are commonly used in chemical absorption towers and have the characteristics of acid resistance, alkali resistance, and corrosion resistance. Stainless steel materials can be used for high-temperature exhaust gas.
VOCs integrated processing equipment
