PROJECT OVERVIEW

Yiqing Environmental Protection has specially developed a portable "nano photocatalysis ion cabinet machine" for small sewage pump stations and garbage houses. It uses an intelligent deodorization disinfection and sterilization system with enhanced oxidation disinfection and sterilization technology to quickly deodorize and remove odors, deeply sterilize and sterilize odorous and odor gases from the source, and continuously purify the air. The intelligent deodorization disinfection and sterilization system has the advantages of energy conservation, environmental protection, harmless to human body, no secondary pollution, etc. It releases a large number of disinfection and sterilization factors, captures bacteria, viruses, odor molecules in the environment, and decomposes them to reduce sedimentation, purify the air, and improve the environment.

Pre washing system

The exhaust gas is collected at the source and sent to the pre-treatment section through pipelines. Acid/alkali solution is used to neutralize and wash sulfur-containing, nitrogen-containing, and hydrocarbon compounds.

Functional purification system

The waste gas after acid/alkali washing is treated by catalytic, fresh air ion, fragrance, and atomization purification modules in the YQ garbage deodorization equipment, and the foul odor gas is physically and chemically decomposed.

Exhaust emission system

The exhaust gas treatment and emission system (optional as needed) is composed of explosion-proof fans and high-altitude emission pipelines to achieve exhaust gas emission standards and heights.
