PROJECT OVERVIEW
The production of pulp and paper generally consists of processes such as pulping, washing, bleaching, and papermaking. The papermaking industry pulp includes alkaline pulp, chemical mechanical pulp, and mechanical pulp. The occurrence and discharge of pollutants in its wastewater vary greatly depending on the different pulping methods, raw materials, pulp yield, papermaking varieties, and the presence or absence of chemical recovery. However, they generally contain a large amount of suspended solids, BOD, COD, and some toxic substances, and are usually treated using a combination of physicochemical and biological methods. The main odor components are organic gases such as methanol, formic acid, acetic acid, unsaturated fatty acids, etc.

YQWT spray absorption process
Preprocessing system
After collecting the exhaust gas, it passes through the YQWT pretreatment section, neutralizes acidic gases with alkaline solution, and adsorbs and purifies other harmful gases and VOCs through multi-stage fillers and filter media.
Adsorption purification system
The preprocessed exhaust gas undergoes catalytic oxidation and adsorption in the YQWT system, passes through the filter material layer to achieve gas phase to composite adsorption mixed phase transfer, and undergoes neutralization adsorption to decompose and purify the foul odor gas.
Exhaust emission system
The exhaust gas treatment and emission system consists of explosion-proof fans and high-altitude emission pipelines to achieve exhaust gas emission standards and heights.
