PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Zeolite wheel+RTO
The zeolite wheel+RTO process is currently one of the hottest processes in the waste gas treatment industry. Compared to other new materials, industries such as new energy, chemical, and semiconductor directly use RTO for incineration. The zeolite wheel RTO process has very guaranteed compliance and safety performance.The working principle of zeolite rotary RTO is to use combustion reactions at high temperatures to oxidize organic compounds in exhaust gas into harmless carbon dioxide and water, thereby achieving the goal of purifying exhaust gas. Its core is a rotating heat exchanger filled with adsorption materials such as zeolite.
BASIC PRINCIPLES
The organic matter in the exhaust gas is adsorbed by zeolite, while the heat in the adsorbent material is adsorbed, causing the zeolite to heat up.
By supplying heat to the heat exchanger through an external heater, the heat in the zeolite gradually increases, and the organic matter in the exhaust gas is decomposed into carbon dioxide and water vapor.
The heated exhaust gas enters the combustion chamber, mixes with preheated air, and burns, thoroughly oxidizing the organic matter in the exhaust gas.
