Project Overview: (1) Phase I Reconstruction Project of Petrochemical Industrial Park Sewage Treatment Plant: The design scale of the existing plant area of the petrochemical industrial park sewage treatment plant is 5 × 10000m/d, and the reconstruction scale is 5 × 10000m3/d. According to the current water quality indicators, the effluent quality of the wastewater treatment plant in the petrochemical industry park can basically meet the water quality requirements, except for total phosphorus, COD, BOD, SS, ammonia nitrogen, and total nitrogen. Therefore, this renovation mainly focuses on total phosphorus, and the effluent quality indicators after the renovation reach the first level A standard. (2) Pump station upgrading and renovation project: The pump station upgrading and renovation project includes the Baijiantan sewage lifting pump station, Sanping Town sewage lifting pump station, and Jinlong pump station.

The project is undertaken by the general contractor Shaanxi Wangtong Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (formerly Shaanxi Wangtong Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.), and the waste gas treatment section is subcontracted. Shaanxi Wangtong Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (formerly Shaanxi Wangtong Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.) was established in 2017 and is located in Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, the hometown of Emperor Yan. It is a construction enterprise with great development prospects and vitality. The recent design inflow scale is 40000 cubic meters/day, and the long-term inflow scale is 80000 cubic meters/day. The main project includes tail water discharge pipes, ecological ponds, surface flow wetlands, subsurface wetlands, submerged plant ponds, etc., with supporting construction of public and auxiliary projects and ecological environmental protection projects.
