Zeolite wheel+TO direct combustion furnace is an efficient and environmentally friendly industrial waste gas treatment equipment. It can effectively treat various organic pollutants in industrial waste gas through two methods: physical adsorption and high-temperature incineration. This device has the advantages of high efficiency, energy conservation, wide applicability, and easy maintenance, and has broad application prospects in the field of industrial waste gas treatment in the future.
BASIC PRINCIPLES
Collect the exhaust gas and transport it to the inlet of the zeolite impeller through the conveying system.
The exhaust gas is adsorbed by the zeolite wheel, and the organic pollutants are adsorbed on the surface of the zeolite.
Direct combustion at high temperatures to achieve complete oxidation of organic pollutants.
