Spray tower
Spray tower, as a type of environmental waste gas treatment equipment, exists. According to its working principle, it can be divided into circulating water spray tower, alkali spray tower, and acid spray tower (also known as acid washing tower). According to the material of the tower, it is divided into fiberglass spray towers, PP spray towers, and stainless steel spray towers. Choose a reasonable spray material and spray process based on the different properties of the exhaust gas. Spray tower is an important industrial waste gas treatment equipment, whose working principle is to use water and power technology to spray liquid or gas in a mist form into the waste gas, in order to remove harmful substances in the waste gas.
Washing tower
Washing tower is a mature waste gas treatment equipment widely used in pre-treatment of industrial waste gas treatment, dust removal, and other aspects. Gas enters the tower and fully contacts, adsorbs, and dissolves with the washing liquid inside the tower, achieving purification effect. The design forms of Yi cleaning towers are diverse, and vertical or horizontal structures can be used according to the project application site. The commonly used materials for washing tower equipment include PP, FRP, and stainless steel. PP and FRP are commonly used in chemical absorption towers and have the characteristics of acid resistance, alkali resistance, and corrosion resistance. Stainless steel materials can be used for high-temperature exhaust gas.
VOCs integrated processing equipment
The activated carbon adsorption box (YQA all-in-one machine) is a VOCs waste gas treatment equipment developed by Eclear Environmental through years of research and engineering experience combined with the photocatalyst technology of university research institutions. It adopts a dual process combination of photocatalytic oxidation and activated carbon adsorption, as well as an integrated design concept.
Biological deodorization
Biological deodorization is the process of using effective deodorizing bacteria and a reasonable equipment structure to oxidize and decompose large molecules or structurally complex organic matter into simple inorganic substances such as water and carbon dioxide through differentiation. Eclear Environmental Biological Deodorization has been improved compared to its peers, adopting an integrated process of pre-treatment and deep adsorption of biological treatment to ensure the stability of the intake during the biological treatment stage. At the same time, deep treatment is not configured at the end, which can ensure that the exhaust gas meets the standard emission when the emission concentration exceeds the design emission concentration.
Biological filter
A biological filter is a device that uses effective deodorizing bacteria and a reasonable equipment structure to oxidize and decompose large molecules or structurally complex organic matter into simple inorganic substances such as water and carbon dioxide through differentiation. Eclear Environmental Biological Filter has been improved compared to its peers, adopting an integrated treatment process of pre-treatment and deep adsorption of biological treatment to ensure the stability of the intake during the biological treatment stage. Coupling catalytic all-in-one machine
The equipment adopts a stainless steel fixed pry mounted fully sealed structure, which is easy to install. The equipment has a long service life and is composed of a pre-treatment section, a coupled reaction device, and an array drawer type module. Activated carbon adsorption box
Activated carbon adsorption box is an environmentally friendly mechanical product that filters waste gas and adsorbs odors. This equipment is used to clean organic chemical waste gas and spray waste gas with high concentration. Activated carbon has a high-strength adsorption level. When the waste gas is powered by a centrifugal fan, negative pressure enters the adsorption box and then enters the activated carbon adsorption layer, it has a very good adsorption effect on organic solution waste gas.
