The Shanghai Tesla Superfactory is located in the Lingang Development Zone of Shanghai, and is currently the world's largest electric vehicle manufacturing enterprise, covering an area of 860000 square meters. It is China's first foreign-owned vehicle manufacturing project and also Tesla's first overseas factory. The second phase battery production workshop has battery coating and baking processes, which will emit a large amount of VOC pollutants. This project conducts sealed collection of exhaust gas from various production process lines, and after collection, it is treated by the end of the line exhaust gas treatment equipment before meeting the emission standards. Industrial VOCs treatment is developed by a Sino British joint venture team with core catalyst technology. Yiqing Environmental Protection provides industrial organic waste gas VOCs treatment, RTO, catalytic combustion, activated carbon adsorption boxes, etc., successfully serving top 500 foreign-funded enterprises such as Tesla, Siemens, Schneider, etc.
