Project background

 

As a new engine and growth pole for Shanghai to build an international first-class innovation highland in the hydrogen energy industry, the Lingang New Area of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone has been laying out in the hydrogen energy field for many years. The Lingang hydrogen energy industry started in 2016 and has formed an industrial pattern that includes engines, core components, key materials, high-end equipment, scenarios, and equipment.
Shanghai Haiqing New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., located in the Lingang New Area of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone, is a new energy technology company dedicated to independent research and industrialization of catalysts and membrane electrodes in the eight core components of hydrogen fuel cells. It is the first manufacturer in the country to have the ability to produce both catalysts and membrane electrodes in large quantities, and has the highest installed capacity of domestically produced catalysts in the country.

Based on the hydrogen energy industry cluster in the Lingang New Area, Haiqing currently has a research and development center and production base of nearly 10000 square meters, equipped with three 10000 level dust-free constant temperature and humidity workshops, with an annual production capacity of 1000kg catalysts and 2 million membrane electrodes; Equipped with a 2000 square meter factory building, including a 1200 square meter clean workshop; Build an automated production line for membrane electrodes to achieve full process automation and intelligent production. Due to the large amount of exhaust gas generated during the production process of hydrogen fuel cell materials, Haiqing New Energy has commissioned Eclear Environmental Protection to customize a professional exhaust gas treatment system to help meet environmental standards.

Project Introduction

 

Sources of exhaust gas: weighing ingredients, slurry mixing, electrode coating and drying, MEA packaging, slurry testing, electrode spraying and drying, and other hydrogen fuel cell material production process sections
Exhaust gas components: Non methane total hydrocarbons, small amounts of acrylic esters, vinyl acetate, isopropanol, and other difficult to treat characteristic pollutants related to hydrogen fuel cell materials
Eclear Plan: Through on-site exploration and analysis by Eclear Environmental Protection's professional technical team, and confirmation with the owner through communication, a two-stage YQWT spray+defogging+YQHX adsorption equipment has been developed for waste gas treatment process

Project achievements

 

The Shanghai Haiqing New Energy Waste Gas Treatment Project has recently completed acceptance!
After third-party testing, the concentration of the treated exhaust gas meets the second level emission standards for newly built pollution sources in the Shanghai Comprehensive Emission Standards for Air Pollutants (DB31/933-2015) and the existing emission standards for pollution sources in the Shanghai Furniture Manufacturing Industry Atmospheric Pollutant Emission Standards (DB311059-2017).
