Zeolite wheel+RCO
The zeolite wheel+RCO catalytic combustion equipment is currently a mature and practical process in the field of organic waste gas treatment in China. Adopting a three step continuous program of adsorption desorption cooling, with simultaneous adsorption and desorption. The zeolite wheel first adsorbs and collects organic waste gas, compresses it, and increases its concentration. Zeolite wheel+RTO
The zeolite wheel+RTO process is currently one of the hottest processes in the waste gas treatment industry. Compared to other new materials, industries such as new energy, chemical, and semiconductor directly use RTO for incineration. The zeolite wheel RTO process has very guaranteed compliance and safety performance. The working principle of zeolite rotary RTO is to use combustion reactions at high temperatures to oxidize organic compounds in exhaust gas into harmless carbon dioxide and water, thereby achieving the goal of purifying exhaust gas. Spray tower
Spray tower, as a type of environmental waste gas treatment equipment, exists. PP and FRP are commonly used in chemical absorption towers and have the characteristics of acid resistance, alkali resistance, and corrosion resistance. The RCO device mainly consists of three parts: a purification chamber, a preheating chamber, and a high-temperature gas outlet, with the temperature of the preheating chamber generally ranging from 300 to 600 ° C; The purification room is equipped with a packing layer to adsorb pollutants from organic waste gas; The high-temperature gas outlet is connected to the atmosphere to recover heat.
RTO thermal storage oxidation furnace
The English name of a regenerative thermal incinerator is "Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer", therefore it is abbreviated as "RTO". The principle is to heat the organic waste gas to above 800 degrees Celsius, causing the VOC in the waste gas to oxidize and decompose into carbon dioxide and water. The high-temperature gas generated by oxidation flows through a specially designed ceramic heat storage body, causing the ceramic body to heat up and "store heat". This "heat storage" is used to preheat the subsequent organic waste gas entering, thereby saving fuel consumption for waste gas heating. The ceramic heat storage body should be divided into three compartments, each of which should go through the procedures of heat storage, heat release, and cleaning in sequence, and work continuously. After the heat storage chamber releases heat, a portion of the treated and qualified clean exhaust should be immediately introduced to clean the chamber (to ensure a VOC removal rate of over 95%). Only after the cleaning is completed can the "heat storage" program be entered.
CO catalytic combustion
Catalytic combustion is a purification method that uses a catalyst to oxidize and decompose combustible substances in exhaust gas at lower temperatures. So, catalytic combustion is also known as catalytic chemical conversion. Due to the catalyst accelerating the process of oxidation and decomposition, most hydrocarbons can be completely oxidized through the catalyst at temperatures ranging from 300 to 450 ℃. Compared with thermal combustion, catalytic combustion requires less auxiliary fuel, consumes less energy, and has a smaller volume of equipment and facilities. However, due to the poisoning of the catalyst used, the replacement of the catalytic bed, and the high cost of cleaning, the promotion and application of this method in industrial production processes have been affected.
TO direct combustion oxidation furnace
Direct combustion incinerators process VOCs through the principle of high-temperature oxidation. The internal structure of conventional furnaces is a cavity structure, and various heat recovery devices such as heat exchangers and boilers can be installed outside the furnace according to customer needs. Direct combustion incinerators can be widely used for complex waste gases with high concentrations and particulate matter, and effectively recover the heat energy released during the oxidation process. Direct combustion incinerators have diverse shapes and can be designed according to the characteristics of the site space, such as square and cylindrical chambers. They can also be made into vertical furnaces, horizontal furnaces, L-shaped furnaces, etc.
