PROJECT OVERVIEW

Shandong Rongxin Group Co., Ltd. is a large-scale modern chemical enterprise, with subsidiaries such as Shandong Hengxin Technology, Shandong Benyue New Energy and Shandong Hengxin Shipping, and shareholders of Jiangsu Shagang Group, one of the world's top 500 companies, and Shandong Hengxin Group. It has a capacity scale of 2.4 million tonnes/year of coke, 250,000 tonnes/year of methanol, 300,000 tonnes/year of coal tar hydrotreating deep processing, 100,000 tonnes/year of crude benzene hydrotreating, and 2×25MW waste heat and power generation, and has formed a circular economy industry chain of coal coke coking, tar hydrotreating, benzene hydrotreating, methanol production from coal gas, and waste heat and waste pressure utilisation. Pre washing system
After being collected, the exhaust gas enters the pre-treatment stage through pipelines, and the alkaline/acidic gases in the exhaust gas are neutralized and washed using acid/alkaline solution.
Biological reaction system
The pre-treated waste gas passes through the packing material from bottom to top in the biological reaction system, and the odorous gas is transferred from the gas phase to the water-microbial mixed phase, where it is decomposed through microbial metabolism that is anchored on the filter material.
Exhaust emission system
As needed, the system consists of an explosion-proof fan and a high-altitude discharge pipeline to achieve the emission standards and discharge height.

Spray tower
Spray tower, as a type of environmental waste gas treatment equipment, exists. According to its working principle, it can be divided into circulating water spray tower, alkali spray tower, and acid spray tower (also known as acid washing tower). According to the material of the tower, it is divided into fiberglass spray towers, PP spray towers, and stainless steel spray towers. Choose a reasonable spray material and spray process based on the different properties of the exhaust gas. Spray tower is an important industrial waste gas treatment equipment, whose working principle is to use water and power technology to spray liquid or gas in a mist form into the waste gas, in order to remove harmful substances in the waste gas.
Biological filter
A biological filter is a device that uses effective deodorizing bacteria and a reasonable equipment structure to oxidize and decompose large molecules or structurally complex organic matter into simple inorganic substances such as water and carbon dioxide through differentiation. Eclear Environmental Biological Filter has been improved compared to its peers, adopting an integrated treatment process of pre-treatment and deep adsorption of biological treatment to ensure the stability of the intake during the biological treatment stage. At the same time, deep treatment is not configured at the end, which can ensure that the exhaust gas meets the standard when the emission concentration exceeds the design.
Biological strains
Eclear uses specialized composite bacterial strains, including methane producing bacteria, actinomycetes, Bacillus, yeast, and other bacterial strains, which can target the treatment of odorous components such as hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, and VOCs. Adopting a combination of heterotrophic and autotrophic bacteria, according to the composition of exhaust gas, the microbial composition is reasonably proportioned, taking into account the treatment of organic and inorganic pollutants. Microbial strains have high purity, fast biofilm formation, high activity, and high treatment efficiency, which have significant advantages compared to conventional single strains. Combined with biological enzyme products, it effectively and gently catalyzes the decomposition of pollutants by microorganisms, making their decomposition more targeted and achieving better treatment results for odor pollutants.
Washing tower
Washing tower is a mature waste gas treatment equipment widely used in pre-treatment of industrial waste gas treatment, dust removal, and other aspects. Gas enters the tower and fully contacts, adsorbs, and dissolves with the washing liquid inside the tower, achieving purification effect. The design forms of Yi cleaning towers are diverse, and vertical or horizontal structures can be used according to the project application site. The commonly used materials for washing tower equipment include PP, FRP, and stainless steel. PP and FRP are commonly used in chemical absorption towers and have the characteristics of acid resistance, alkali resistance, and corrosion resistance. Stainless steel materials can be used for high-temperature exhaust gas.
Biological deodorization
Biological deodorization is the process of using effective deodorizing bacteria and a reasonable equipment structure to oxidize and decompose large molecules or structurally complex organic matter into simple inorganic substances such as water and carbon dioxide through differentiation. Biofillers commonly used include bamboo charcoal, tree bark, fruit shell carbon, volcanic rock, plastic fillers, ceramic particles, etc. Combined with biological strains and enzyme products, they effectively and gently catalyze the decomposition of pollutants by microorganisms, making their decomposition more targeted and achieving better treatment effects on odor pollutants.
