随着石化工业的发展,石化废水处理问题越来越受到重视。为了保护水源免受污染,石化废水必须经污水处理厂处理,达到排放标准后才能排放。然而,污水处理厂处理过程中石化废水散发的气味对空气造成了强烈的污染,特别是对工厂工人和周边居民的健康和生活质量造成了损害。所以,除臭设备厂家需要对污水处理厂的石化废水进行除臭处理。

石化废水散发的气味主要是含碳有机污染物,多为芳烃,与硫化氢和苯系物质混合。目前,含碳有机污染物的除臭方法有燃烧除臭、化学除臭、吸附除臭、洗涤除臭和生物除臭。在污染物浓度不是很高的情况下,生物除臭是最经济的。

生物除臭技术一般是指微生物降解污染物的工艺方法,模拟自然界有机生物降解过程,建设除臭设施,添加适当的填料作为载体,通过驯化培养的微生物群落净化除臭气味产生的混合气体。污染物气体首先与水混合成污水,然后通过微生物的作用将污染物降解成二氧化碳、水和矿物质等无机物。在生物除臭技术的应用中,除臭物质的减少过程大致可分为三个阶段:

1)在气液扩散阶段,气味中的化学物质由气体由充填转变成液体。混杂气味与水或固体表面上的水膜接触,使污染物溶解于液相的分子或离子,实现从气相-液相转变。程序遵循亨利定律。

2)-固扩散阶段,恶臭化学物质由液相扩散至生物填料生物膜。

3)在生物氧化阶段,恶臭气体分子通过生物填料表面生物膜中包含的微生物氧化,最终形成二氧化碳、水或矿物质,达到除臭净化的效果。具体方法是在特殊滤池中,将定向选择的特殊微生物菌种附着在填料上,然后通过管道引导收集到的污染物气体通过填料表面。

除臭设备厂家建立在滤池上的喷淋塔不断向滤池喷水,污染物的气味被填料表面的水吸收成污水,然后被微生物菌种作为营养物质吸收、消化和代谢。
