在恶臭处理技术中生物除臭技术应用广泛其具有无二次污染成本低效果好等优势是污水厂常用的除臭方法。一般情况下,生物除臭多使用生物滤池工艺,主要装置包括引风机 、排气烟囱、预洗池等。在业主运行养护期间,常见这样几个问题:

 

恶臭气体的主要成分是硫化氢,喷淋液经过长时间运行后,会降低 pH 值,需要及时更换,否则会增加腐蚀风险,影响微生物生长。从实际来看,由于业主缺乏对其的养护未及时更换循环液从而影响生物滤池的运行效果这种情况下即便工作经验丰富,也会影响着技术效益的转化结果。

 

对于物联网分层机构来讲,从上到下可分为传感层、传输层、应用层。其中 ,传感层多依托传感器,采集和感知现场数据。传输层经由无线、有线网络 ,将采集 数据传至应用层,应用层再对收集数据进行分类和展示。同时 ,根据需求定义参数边界,进行反馈和报警 ,达 到远程监控的效果。参照该架构 ,构建由传感层、传输层、应用层组成的智能监控平台。

 

此阶段 ,先在污水厂安装生物除臭装置 ,便于实时开展数据监测 、数据处理 、故障报警等工作 。 此外 ,该架构按照物联网分层进行构建,各层功能独立 ,删 、改 、增等操作都不会影响其 他功能的运行和实现但是相邻层间接口的定义要统一、通用,便于相互协调共同完成系统功能。
