臭气生物处理新技术

臭气的生物净化过程包括:①臭气主体微生物的生物滤池去除苯乙烯。污染物由气相进入微生物表面的液力差别明显;②液膜中的污染物在浓度差的推动下扩散到生物膜内,被微生物捕获并吸收;③进入微生物体内的污染物在代谢过程中作为能源和营养物质被分解转化为无害的小分子物质。常规的除臭生物反应器中,微生物的主体主要为细菌。细菌适于在水中或潮湿的环境中生存,因此,对于水溶性好的污染物具有很好的去除效果。但对于在水中溶解度低的物质,细菌表面的水膜将影响其传质速率,导致处理效率降低。
