吸附法除臭工艺

吸附法除臭技术的原理是利用臭气物质的物理、化学特性,当臭气通过吸附液时,吸附液对臭气物质进行物理或化学吸附,从而达到除臭的目的。吸附除臭工艺设备种类较多,目前常用的有喷淋塔、填充塔、清洁器等。吸附除臭技术虽然具有较大的灵活性,但当臭气浓度较高时,一级吸附效果不佳。

喷雾吸附剂除臭技术

吸附剂雾化除臭技术是在吸附法除臭技术基础上发展起来的一种新型除臭技术。烟气脱硫脱臭技术是将烟气雾化后的烟气通过物理吸附和化学反应,将烟气中的烟气转化为无味的烟气。本发明具有除尘效率高,投资少,占地小,反应快等优点,但是需要对吸附剂做低温保护,应用比较繁琐,因此限制了本发明技术在污水处理站的应用。

生物过滤除臭工艺

目前发展迅速、无二次污染的生物滤池除臭技术,其主要原理是利用微生物来吸收污水站的臭气,从而生产出有利于微生物繁殖的营养物质,并保证该设备能持续运行。
