除臭工艺选择的第二个重点是除臭方法。从原理上,除臭方法可分成吸收法、吸附法、臭氧氧化法、离子法、燃烧法等。受技术经济条件影响,城市污水处理厂除臭工程中一般采用的方法有化学除臭法、离子除臭法、生物滤床除臭法、土壤脱臭法及植物提取液净化法等。不同的除臭工程应根据不同的臭气产生和收集特点、现场条件、技术经济条件选择不同的除臭方法。

洗涤一生物滤床过滤联合除臭

就已建污水处理厂除臭工程来看,使用较多的除臭方法有化学除臭法、离子除臭法、生物滤床除臭法,其中较经济有效且运行管理方便的是生物滤床除臭法。除臭装置在纵向分成数个区域,自前而后分别是:臭气的导入区、前级洗涤区、多级生物滤床过滤区、后级化学洗涤区、净化气体排出区,前后两级洗涤区可单独使用不同的洗涤药剂,正常情况下后级洗涤可不工作。当出现气温特别低(10℃以下)导致微生物活性降低或出现处理废气负荷突然增大时,生物滤床处理效果下降,才激活使用后级化学处理,以去除生物滤床未去除的恶臭污染物,确保达标排放。
