臭气处理设备

土壤法

土壤法以土壤层作为生物滤床的载体,当收集的臭气物质通过长满微生物的、湿润多孔的土壤滤层时,或者被土壤水分吸收去除或者被土壤中的微生物细胞吸附、吸收和降解之后除去。

活性污泥法

活性污泥法包括洗涤式活性污泥法、曝气式活性污泥法及腐殖质活性污泥法,3种方法的除臭原理不尽相同。洗涤式活性污泥法先使臭气与悬浮泥浆混合液在吸收池充分接触形成洗涤液后,通入反应器被悬浮活性污泥代谢分解。该法对脱除复合型臭气效果很好,但需要臭气溶解性较高,因此在污水厂除臭中应用很少。曝气式活性污泥法将臭气以曝气的形式分散到活性污泥混合液中,通过悬浮生长微生物的代谢作用来降解臭气物质。该法系统简单,十分经济,但同样需要臭气溶解性较高,工程应用有待进一步开发。

高能离子除臭法

高能离子法是通过高频高压电场将空气激发为强氧化基团,再通过高能电场加速器将活性基团进一步激发并发射出高能离子,高能离子束与高能紫外线产生光化学反应,使空气当中的恶臭气体快速打开化学键,分解成CO2和水等;此外,高能离子法还可以沉降颗粒和降低细菌浓度。高能离子法对多种恶臭气体都有去除效果,设备简单,运行管理方便;但实际运行中由于臭气接触时间不长、高能离子衰减速率过快、使用寿命不长等原因而导致净化效果欠佳。
