由于垃圾堆积如山,使垃圾中转站的工作压力增大,为确保臭气处理效果,一些大型垃圾中转站已开始采用生物除臭技术处理臭气,但仍有少数中转站采用传统臭气处理设备的除臭工艺。因此,对于传统的垃圾中转站臭气处理设备,除臭工艺如何?详细情况?下面我将详细介绍一下传统臭气处理设备的除臭工艺。

臭气处理设备

前段除臭

大容量垃圾中转站的除臭过程可分为前端除臭和末端除臭。前端除臭是指前端封闭除臭装置或将其安装于臭源处,通过物理吸附、化学氧化等作用,避免有少量臭气漏入空气。前部除臭采用植物萃取液喷洒法,适用范围:容器泊位区、集装车卸货作业区、转运车作业区。前部的除臭喷淋系统随垃圾运输车进入车间并开启。

末段除臭

终端除臭是指负压抽风系统捕捉臭气,经除臭装置处理后排出的过程,建议采用“预过滤+化学洗涤”的工艺路线,适用范围:集装箱泊位区域。采用尾气净化工艺,主要是将尾气通过安装在船台上方、船台下部的集气罩收集,将尾气引入引风机。

但传统除臭工艺除臭效果并不理想,容易造成二次污染。新的生物除臭技术利用微生物吸收转化的臭气,不但除臭效果好,而且没有二次污染,不消耗能源,绿色环保。
