恶臭废气处理的技术类型

植物液喷淋除臭

植物液喷淋作为无法完全封闭空间的除臭安全保障措施,主要应用在餐厨垃圾预处理车间。植物提取液通过控制设备经专用喷嘴雾化成雾状,在空间扩散液滴的半径004mm,液滴形成巨大的表面能,平均每摩尔为几十千卡。这个数量级的能量已是很多元素中键能的1312,此时溶液中的有效分子可以向臭气分子提供电子,与臭气分子发生反应;同时,吸附在液滴表面的臭气分子也能与空气中的氧气发生反应。

物理吸咐法

优点:工艺成熟。可处理多组分的恶臭气体,可回收有 用物质,净化效率约为95%。缺点:吸咐剂费用较高,对待处 理的恶臭气体要求较高,一般要求气体预净化,否则吸附剂 易堵塞。物理吸咐法适于处理脂肪酸、氯类及其他易溶于水的臭气。

化学处理法 

催化燃烧法。优点:选用合适的催化剂,净化效率可 99%,恶臭物质可被彻底分解。缺点:催化剂的选择较困 难,设备复杂;消耗燃料,成本高,处理中可能形成二次污 染。催化燃烧法适于处理所有恶臭气体。

化学吸收法。优点:能处理低浓度大分子量的有机恶臭气体,净化效率一般为60%~80%。缺点:存在二次污染, 污染物仅由气相转移到液相。化学吸收法适于处理脂肪酸、 氨及其他易溶于水的臭气。
