恶臭废气处理的设计原则

植物提取液+生物过滤恶臭废气处理技术

这是一对简单的臭气处理组合工艺,主要适用于臭气收集系统并不完善的污水厂。生物过滤池用于处理收集恶臭,而植物提取液则可喷淋至提升泵房、生物反应池、污泥脱水车间等地处理散发余臭。

化学洗涤+生物过滤恶臭废气处理技术

本组合属于化学法和生物法的联合除臭工艺。其搭配方式有多种,而最完备的组合装备包括臭气导入区、前级(化学)洗涤区、生物滤床过滤区、后级化学洗涤区、净化气体排出区,其中前后两级洗涤区可采用不同的洗涤剂。当污水厂收集臭气气量偏高或气温较低时,生物滤床处理效果下降,两级洗涤区需同时启动,前者对臭气进行除尘及加湿,后者通过化学反应去除生物滤床未除去的恶臭污染物,从而确保达标排放;其它正常情况下,可不激活后级化学洗涤处理。广州猎德污水厂采用化学洗涤一生物滤床联合除臭工艺处理臭气效果显著,NH3去除率大于90%,H2S去除率大于99%。该组合工艺操作灵活、经济高效,具有广阔的研究应用前景。

生物法应用范围最广,适合于处理中低浓度(一般小于59m3)、不同风量的可生物降解臭气,这是由微生物体积小、种类多、适应性强、遗传变异快的特点决定的,但该技术的关键在于菌种和填料的选择,可适当根据恶臭气体成分开展进一步优化研究;高能离子法、活性氧化法和低温等离子法除臭原理相似,相较于其它除臭技术优势明显,在国外应用已较为成熟,但前两者在国内才刚刚起步,已出现部分应用实例,后者则作为一项新技术尚处于试验阶段,未来均具有广阔的发展前景。在实际工程中,首先需要调研污水厂臭气污染物类型和处理量,然后依据各除臭技术的适用范围及优缺点来具体选择合适的技术,建立适宜于不同污水厂的除臭技术体系。
