恶臭废气处理

微生物除臭法

利用特定微生物在一定条件下将臭气降解为二氧化碳和水等物质的方法。根据微生物的附着条件不同,可分为多种方法:生物滤池法是将增湿后的臭气通过微生物填料层进行除臭;生物洗涤法是将微生物循环液从洗涤塔塔顶喷入,与下部上升的臭气接触进行除臭;生物滴滤池法是将臭气加湿后通入附有生物膜的填料层进行除臭;活性污泥法是将臭气通入附有微生物的活性污泥进行除臭;土壤除臭法是将臭气通入土壤中进行除臭。微生物除臭法的缺点是占用空间较大,微生物的生长环境不易控制;优点是污染小、成本低、除臭彻底。该法可作为臭气的主处理阶段。

植物除臭法

种植绿色植物不仅能阻断臭气,还能吸收臭气。植物中也能提取出天然除臭剂,优点是无二次污染,并且有关研究显示,该法对甲硫醇、三甲胺以及硫化氢的去除率已超过了90%,缺点是提取流程复杂,对设备的操作要求较高,需要资金量大。植物提取液可喷淋在提升泵房、污泥脱水车间等不宜收集臭气的地方除臭。
