恶臭废气处理工艺方案的选择

吸附法分为物理吸附和化学吸附两种

吸附法所采罴的吸附剂如活性炭等,费用暴贵,并且对待处理的恶臭废气湿度含尘量要求严格,运行费用较高不适用于污水处理厂脱臭处理项目。

焚烧法

焚烧法是将恶臭物质通过高温氧化成无毒无害的物质,但是设备复杂,投资大、费用高。光催化氧化法在低浓度下污染物的光催化降解速度较慢,并且容易产生有害的中间产物。臭氧法可以去除污水处理厂的恶臭气体,但不适合处理高浓度恶臭废气,并且剩余的臭氧会对空气造成污染。

吸收法分为水洗涤法、化学吸收法和生物吸收法

水洗涤法处理的污染物种类具有局限性,只适用于处理水溶性的恶臭物质。整体去除效果并不理想,且存在二次污染问题。

化学吸收法也称湿式吸收氧化法。该法净化效率不高,常需要多级洗涤塔串联,运行需配备较多附属设施,运行管理较为复杂,效率较低。

生物吸收法即微生物通过生物化学作用,将废气中的恶臭组分作为营养物质进行利用和分解,经过微生物细胞作用转化为无臭组分,同时生物体得到增长繁殖。生物吸收法工艺设备简单、能耗低、产生二次污染的可能性小,是目前应用最为广泛的主流除臭工艺。本文主要是总结该技术在我司的应用情况。
