恶臭废气的组分及净化原理有哪些?

       恶臭废气处理一直是大家比较关心的问题,而在以往的恶臭废气治理中,大家一般采用低温等离子法、生物洗涤法、光催化氧化法等常见的处理方式,但它们都存在受环境影响大,处理效率低、耐用性差、可靠性不佳、耐冲击负荷低等缺点。所以,现在大家大多用”水洗+碱洗+活性炭吸附”的耦合工艺,对废水处理站废气进行统一收集,集中处理。下面就讲讲有关废气的组分及该工艺的净化原理。

废气处理洗涤塔


       废气组分

       酸性废气主要由罐区储酸槽清洗置换酸性气体及槽车灌装呼吸废气组成,该类酸性废气具有产生总量较小,间歇式排放的特点。酸槽存储的是成品副产盐酸,在充装盐酸工序及清洗置换过程中会有酸性废气产生;盐酸槽车灌装废气主要由槽车灌装时产生的酸性废气构成;废水处理站有机废气由物化反应以及生化反应产生的废气组成。经分析,废气主要由HCl、H2S、氯气、氨、非甲烷总烃等成分构成。

       净化原理

       水洗塔:利用HCl易溶于水,生成酸性物质从而完成对氨类等碱性恶臭物质的吸收,同时微量氯气溶于水会产生一定量HClO,该物质对VOCs以及氨具有一定氧化性,从而降低了VOCs含量,其反应式见式(1)式(2)式

       碱洗塔:在碱洗塔中完成酸性物质的吸收,H2S、水洗塔剩余的氯气等物质与NaOH反应,生成NaClO,该物质具有氧化性,综合作用下将H2S及水洗剩余VOCs氧化吸收,反应式见式(4)、式(5)。

       活性炭吸附箱:经过水洗、碱洗的废气经除沫器去除一定水分后进入活性炭吸附箱,利用活性炭的吸附性将未完全净化的废气净化。
