           目前工业废气处理技术主要有UV光解氧化法、吸收法、活性炭吸附法、化学催化法、生物分解法。

废气处理设备

       1、UV光解氧化法具有无毒、安全、稳定性好、催化活性高、见效快、低耗电、可重复使用等有点。缺点:发生电子和空穴对的转移速度慢,复合率较高,通常只能用紫外光活法,太阳光利用率低。

       2、吸收法本质上也是一个分离过程,是通过恶臭气体与液体溶剂接触而达到使污染物从气相转移到液相的一种操作。吸收法也叫湿式气体洗涤法,通常是利用水吸收、酸碱中和等来除去气体中的恶臭成份。吸收法可用来处理任何具有水溶性的恶臭物质,其处理效率通常可以达95%~98%。吸收过程通常是在填料塔、板式塔或喷雾塔等吸收装置中进行的,该法常用来处理浓度较低、流量较大的恶臭气体。

       3、活性炭吸附法利用活性炭的吸附功能使恶臭物质由气相转移至固相适用于处理低浓度,高净化要求的恶臭气体净化效率高,可以处理多组分恶臭气体吸附剂费用昂贵,再生困难,要求处理的恶臭气体有较低的温度和含尘量。

       4、化学催化法利用臭气中某些物质和药液产生化学反应的特性,去除某些臭气成分适用于处理大气量、高中浓度的臭气能够有针对性处理某些臭气成分,工艺较成熟净化效率不高,消耗吸收剂,易形成二次污染。

       5、生物分解法处理费用低占地面积达,填料需定期更换,脱臭过程不易控制,操作复杂,运行一段时间后容易出现问题,对疏水性和难生物降解物质的处理还存在较大难度。
