废气处理过程中可以采用哪些方法?

方法一:催化燃烧。

在化学反应过程中,催化剂降低燃烧温度、加速有毒有害气体完全氧化的方法称为催化燃烧法。由于催化剂载体由比表面积大、孔径合适的多孔材料制成,当加热到300~450℃的有机气体通过催化层时,氧气和有机气体吸附在多孔材料表面的催化剂上,增加了氧气与有机气体接触碰撞的机会,提高了活性,使有机气体与氧气发生剧烈反应,产生CO2和H2O,同时产生热量,使有机气体成为无毒无害的气体。

废气除臭设备

催化燃烧装置主要由换热器、燃烧室、催化反应器、热回收系统和净化烟气排气烟囱组成。净化原理是:进入燃烧室前,原料气由换热器预热,然后送入燃烧室。当燃烧室达到所需的反应温度时,氧化反应在催化反应器中进行。净化后的烟气通过换热器释放部分热量,然后通过烟囱排放到大气中。

方法二:UV光氧活性炭一体化处理。

利用高能高氧紫外线束分解空气中的氧分子产生游离氧,即活性氧。由于活性氧携带的正负电子不平衡,需要与氧分子结合产生臭氧。

化学原理:UV+O2→o-+o*(活性氧)o+O2→O3(臭氧)。众所周知,臭氧对有机物有很强的氧化作用,对去除异味气体等刺激性气味有立竿见影的作用。气味气体中细菌的分子键被高能紫外线束裂解,破坏细菌的核酸(DNA),然后通过臭氧氧化完全达到除臭杀菌的目的。

当臭气从排气设备输入净化设备时,净化设备利用高能C波束和臭氧协同分解和氧化臭气,将臭气物质降解为低分子化合物、水和二氧化碳,然后通过排气管排放到室外。

氨、三甲胺、硫化氢、甲基硫化氢、甲硫醇、甲基硫化氢、二甲基二硫、二硫化碳、苯乙烯、硫化氢、硫化氢、VOC、苯、甲苯、二甲苯等专用高能束照射恶臭气体,使有机或无机大分子气味化合物的分子链被高能紫外线照射,降解成CO2.H2O等低分子化合物。

方法三:根据企业的独特需求自主定制处理设备。
