一般来说,废气臭气在生物除臭滤塔内停留时间在经费充裕的情况下,一般会选取的停留时间为30s,在这个时间内,可以将废气中的有害物质充分的除去。但是这个也要根据废气中有害物质的浓度与去除要求来确定。废气中的有害物质的浓度比较高,选取的停留时间就会比较多,废气中的有害物质的浓度比较低,选举的停留时间就会比较少。这个也是为了能够充分的利用资源,使各种浓度的废气都能够得到自己妥善的处理。     其实根据停留时间和风量大小也可以推算出生物除臭塔的体积大小。但是生物除臭塔的滤床厚度一般是确定的,目前科技常用的填料有陶粒、火山岩、多面空心球,差不多厚度都在1.2-1.5米,这个厚度的大小通常由排气系统的压力负荷决定。为了确保效果,如果使用较厚的滤层时,就会换相应的风机功率,以适应相应的排气风压。
