       工业生产排放出的工业废气多是有毒有害易燃易爆的气体,必须要经过处理才能降低对环境的损害。将现实中用到的工业废气处理方法归纳可以分为以下4种方法。

        1、工业废气处理方法之热破坏法

        热破坏分为直接燃烧、催化燃烧和集中燃烧。通过VOCs的氧化、热解和热分解,达到处理VOCs的目的。

        2、工业废气处理方法之吸附法

        吸附法是利用一些具有吸附能力的材料,如活性炭、硅胶、沸石分子筛、活性氧化铝等多孔材料吸附有害成分,达到消除有害污染的目的。

        3、工业废气处理方法之生物处理法

       生物处理方法是利用微生物的代谢过程,对多种有机物和部分无机物进行生物降解,产生CO2和H2O,从而有效去除工业废气中的污染物。生物处理工艺包括生物过滤、生物过滤、生物过滤、膜生物反应器和旋转生物过滤。

        4、工业废气处理方法之冷凝回收法

       冷凝是回收VOCs最简单的方法。它利用的物质有不同的在不同温度下饱和蒸汽压降低挥发性低于有机物质的沸点有机物通过冷凝器凝结成水滴,然后下降到较低的储罐由重力冷凝面积的一部分,因此分离出来。主要使用的冷却介质是冷水、冷冻盐水和液氨。该工艺对高浓度、高沸点挥发性有机物的回收利用具有良好的经济效益。

        在实际的应用中往往几种方法结合可以发挥出各自的优势,比如在大风量低浓度废气处理中,可以采用吸附法和热破坏法结合,先吸附浓缩,提升气体浓度再经过催化燃烧。
