生物滤池废气处理设备

工业废水处理站主要采用UASB+接触氧化+凝聚沉淀技术,处理生产废水2400m3/d。废水处理站缺乏相应的气味处理系统,废水处理站处理结构产生的气味没有收集和处理,影响周围环境,需要增加一套新的废气处理系统。

废水处理站的气味来源主要产生在调节池中,气味污染物主要是氨和硫化氢。该项目设计了一套生物除臭系统,统一收集和处理调节池的气味。臭气处理系统设计处理量为Q=8000m3/h,设计采用“生物除臭”治理技术。

项目系统的主要设计参数:

(1)离心风机:1台,Q=9194m3/h,P=2080Pa,N=7.5kW,r=2900r/min,玻璃钢材质。

(2)预洗池:1套,2500×1500×2500mm,SUS304材料,内装φ150×850@150×150弹性填料,便于微生物粘附。

(3)集成生物滴滤池:1套,2500×3500×2500mm,SUS304材质,含有高效生物填料和菌种,双层设计,单层厚度250mm;配有喷淋系统,包括2台洗涤/喷淋泵(1用1备,Q=25m3/h,H=24m,N=3.0kW)。

工业废水处理站产生的废气经处理系统处理后,排放指标均符合《臭气污染物排放标准》(GB14554-1993)的二级标准,即废气污染物浓度氨≤1.5mg/m3,硫化氢≤0.06mg/m3,废气浓度≤20;废气污染物排放量也符合标准值,即氨≤4.9kg/h,硫化氢≤0.33kg/h,臭气浓度≤2000。

采用生物除臭技术处理工业废水处理站的废气处理后的气味可达到臭污染物排放标准二级标准的排放要求。生物除臭技术应用广泛,设备简单,投资少,运行成本低,无二次污染,特别是生物滤池技术在技术、经济和生态环境方面具有明显优势。
