化工污水不仅含有对人体有害的化学物质,其产生的臭味同样影响着人们的日常生活。同样由于这个原因,化工污水的除臭也逐渐受到重视。夏天到了,化工污水中的臭气越来越浓,需要及时处理,接下来,我将介绍两种常见的化工污水除臭技术。

吸收法

活性炭是目前应用最多的吸附材料。其结构为微晶结构,微晶排列完全不规则,微孔分布在晶体中,具有很大的比表面积。因此,活性炭具有良好的吸附性能,能够吸附废水及废气中的金属离子、有害气体、有机污染物、色素等。工业化生产的活性炭要求机械强度高、耐磨性好、结构稳定、吸附能量少,有利于再生。

本发明提供了一种精细的多孔表面结构,可广泛应用于油脂、饮料、食品、饮用水的脱色、脱味、气体分离、溶剂回收、空气调节、催化剂载体和吸附剂等。适用于废气处理工艺脱味除臭。

但是活性炭用于化工污水的除臭有一定的局限性,特别是当相对湿度较大时,活性炭的吸附能力明显下降。并且在吸附饱和后,由于吸附过程中成分复杂,脱附困难,造成运行费用高,维修不便,二次污染。同时运行阻力大,能耗高。

化工污水除臭

纳米级锐钛型二氧化钛(TiO2)是光触媒的主要成分。光触媒催化氧化技术是当今世界上最先进的空气净化新技术,近年来在中国也得到了较广泛的应用。

当波长小于253.7奈米的波长照射到二氧化钛粒子上时,光量子作用于价带上的电子被光量子激发并跃迁到导带形成自由电子,而在价带形成一个带正电的空穴,这样就形成电子-空穴。二氧化钛与其表面接触的水、氧与其产生的氧化作用,通过氧化产生极强的自由基和自由基,从而生成具有很强的氧化力。它们能分解几乎所有的有机物质,并把它们中的氢和碳转化为水和二氧化碳。

当空气进入光催化反应腔后,高能量“电子-空穴”将立即与有毒有害的有机废气发生化学反应,氧化、分解成无污染的水、二氧化碳等。
