焦化企业独特的生产工艺决定了焦化废水高COD、高氨氮、难分解、难处理的特点。焦化废水的这些特性使其在生化处理过程中,尤其是脱氮池、均和池、高效沉淀池、酸化池、污泥浓缩、脱水干燥、运输等处容易产生臭味的硫(=S)、腈基(-SH)和硫氰基(-SCN)原子团的各种化合物。特别是二甲基硫(CH3)2S和甲基乙基硫(CH3乙基硫(CH3.C2H5S)的硫醚。

焦化污水由于其高COD和高氨氮的特点,决定了焦化污水处理厂恶臭气体的两个显著特点[1]:第一,污染物成分复杂。主要包括硫化氢、氨、甲硫醇、胺、二胺、粪臭素等。,还含有少量的硫醚、酞菁、芳烃、醇、醛、酮、酚和有机酸。二是恶臭气体产生量变化大。即一污水处理厂各单元产生的生的气味也会随着水量、水质、气候条件和操作参数的变化而变化。焦化污水处理厂恶臭污染的管理与一般空气污染的管理不同,主要具有以下特点:(1)污水处理厂产生的恶臭排放点一般为开放式,恶臭浓度低,处理量大(2)恶臭通过呼吸系统刺激嗅觉器官,嗅觉阈值低,处理后的气体要求恶臭浓度低或零(3)恶臭物种类多,成分复杂,多种处理技术配合使用(4)测定困难,嗅觉阈值一般远远超过分析器对恶臭物质的最低检测浓度。

生物滤池污水站除臭

生物滤池主要由加湿器和生物处理装置组成。通过引风机收集的气味经过加湿装置预处理(部分预处理还包括温度调节、颗粒去除等。),然后进入生物处理装置。气体中的污染物从气相主体扩散到填料外层的水膜,并被填料吸附,最终降解为二氧化碳和水。经过处理的气体从生物滤池的顶部排出。其填料层为吸附过滤材料(如土壤、堆肥、活性炭等)。由于生物滤池具有良好的通气性能、适度的水力、丰富的微生物群落等特点,可以有效地去除烷烃类化合物,如丙烷、异丁烷等,对酯、乙醇等易降解物质的处理效果更好。
