垃圾焚烧发电厂恶臭废气的来源

生活垃圾在垃圾储池中发酵,产生的恶臭废气是垃圾焚烧发电厂臭味的主要原因。在垃圾储池内储存的生活垃圾,在众多厌氧微生物和兼性厌氧微生物的作用下,发生降解,同时产生硫化氢、氨、甲硫醇等众多具有窒息性的恶臭废气。垃圾在发酵过程中的液体成分积存在垃圾储池底部,并汇集至垃圾渗沥液收集沟道内,同样产生恶臭废气

臭气控制的设计原则

根据臭气源的特点采取不同的控制措施,将臭气控制在特定的区域内,时刻使臭气处于可控状态。

1) 主动控制与就地控制相结合,利用压差及合理的气流组织,将臭气封闭在一定区域。

2) 针对焚烧炉的正常工况及停机工况采取不同的措施,垃圾储池设计备用除臭系统

3) 对有人和无人的场所区别对待,对有人的场所主要采用正压送风的措施,对无人的场所主要采用排臭或消臭的措施。本着降低工程造价、运行稳定可靠、自动化水平高、废气排放达标等原则合理设计除臭系统。
