垃圾站除臭目前受到广泛的关注,相应的垃圾站除臭技术也更加多样化,那么,常见的垃圾站除臭的方案有哪些呢?具体如何?接下来,我将具体介绍一下低温等离子垃圾站除臭方案。

垃圾站除臭—低温等离子除臭技术方案

(1)安装1个臭气收集罩,该臭气收集罩设于垃圾收集池上,上部经通风管道与臭气净化器相连,起密封作用,同时由风机工作将臭气抽入等离子净化器中进行处理;集气罩由自动化控制,可以自动升降,当有倾倒垃圾和装车操作时,臭气收集罩可提升至车间顶部,便于倾倒垃圾或进行装车操作。

(2)安装1台微型电葫芦置于屋顶,用于控制集气罩的升降。

(3)安装1台等离子体净化器,主机为长方形一体化设备,反应管,电源,电极,高压驱动,控制系统等均装配在一体化设备壳体内。废气处理量应能满足对垃圾中转站臭气进行处理。

(4)安装1台风机,风机额定风量以20℃、湿度为65%为准,总绝对效率不低于80%。来自不同废气源的废气经由通风管道,通过离心风机的负压抽吸,进入一体化等离子体除臭系统。机械抽风,自然补风。采用低噪声的离心式玻璃钢风机,置于风箱内。与设备连接的借口采用柔性连接。

(5)根据设备位置和垃圾站室内面积安装通风管道,通风管道分地上(垃圾站室内)和地下(垃圾站地坑)两部分,垃圾站地坑左右两侧各设两个抽风口,和地上风管汇合连接后与等离子净化器相连。抽风口的位置在通风设计时是很重要的,抽风口的直径与数量也可根据垃圾中转站地坑的空间大小进行设置,抽风口在设计时应避免抽风方向的相互影响和部分小虫、小动物通过抽风口进入设备内,为防止臭气中的水蒸气凝结成水珠并积聚在风管内,风管可保持适当的倾斜角度,并在必要部位设置冷凝水排水口。

(6)安装1台电控箱:电气控制箱(柜)防护等级IP55,以保证系统全自动运行。电气控制箱(柜)有保证除臭系统安全运行所需的功能。供电电源敷设:低温等离子体设备的输入电源220V,风机电源为380V
